Whoa!

 This article describes how the FedGov’s. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) issued a 2020 plan (during the Beer Flu Pandemic Panic) to create concentration camps for Americans who were classified as susceptible to the COVID disease, including the elderly, those with immunity problems, and others with high health risk factors: people of any age with “serious underlying medical conditions.” (That last phrase is understood to include obesity, diabetes and asthma.)The camp inmates would be given minimal food rations and some cleaning supplies but little else. There would be no religious services (provided from outside, at least, and difficult with mandatory enforced isolation (“distancing”). Oh, and no provisions for legal appeal or right to legal counsel.

This plan was posted on the CDC website and not removed until March 2023. Since those targeted for the concentration camps were those most likely to die from COVID, it’s not a stretch to see how these concentrations camps could have become death camps due to isolation and the mere passage of time. (Just as nursing and retirement homes in New York were.) Several people point out that these CDC camps may have more in common with the Nazi model than the sick, mad bureaucrats who proposed them realized.

Those who know the history of democide both in the 20th and 21st centuries can see that is what the CDC proposed. And are not surprised. It is not a glitch of government, it is a feature. It is what governments do. And has been since Nimrod rebelled against his Creator.

The only solution is to get rid of government – and in the meantime (until we grow up as a human race) reduce it as much as possible.

This postulates that Trump 2.0 (assuming we aren’t just seeing eyewash) will have their hands full cleaning out the rotten wood (and worse) in most government agencies. Let’s hope the CDC “safe camp” organizers are among the first to get pink tickets. (We’re not going to hold our breaths here at TPOL.)

Of course, the rot is far, far beyond the CDC and HHS. We’d suggest that a good start would be a 25% reduction in the federal workforce. And then start the really serious cuts. Of course, barring such concentration camps, even with the deportation of millions of border jumpers, the economy will need time to absorb the fired bureaucrats. So a nice slow decimation would be better: 10% in the first quarter of calendar year 2025, followed by 15% in the second quarter (April-June), then 20% in the third quarter, and another 20% in the fourth quarter. That would bring a total of 55%.

How many actual people is that? (We are giving many FedGov employees the benefit of the doubt in considering them “people.”) Well, apparently nobody really knows. Bing’s AI says there are about 4 million – but the only actual FedGov figures we could find were from 2017 – a mere 7 years ago. Supposedly Uncle Joe has hired an additional 82,000 bureaucrats just in 2024! But 55% of 4 million is just getting rid of 2.2 million parasites and still leaving 1.8 million. So in 2026, maybe an additional 25% to leave us saddled with less than a million? (That’s about 1 in 330 Americans. By comparison, there are only 1.3 million lawyers (another parasitical groups) in the USA.)

Sorry, still too high. But we can’t expect miracles.

Notice this does NOT include contractors or “public-private partnership” manpower. Any massive cut in FedGov employment would also need to prohibit contracting out the work – and probably prohibiting a draft whereby “military” conscripts could be fit into what had been civilian positions.

Of course, both Democrats and Republicans will scream and fight and do everything they can to keep this from happening. And in the meantime, FedGov bureaucrats will continue to harm and even kill Americans: not directly, of course. But through the combination of government actions and stupidity, as was the case in the Pandemic Panic, FedGov staffers will continue to harm Americans financially, economically, socially, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

An afterword: Oddly enough, what we propose needs to be done to bureaucrats might actually fit within the definition of genocide under international law. Neat, huh? Of course, who writes that stuff?
