The biggest problem with the “justice system” (judicial system) is that it is filled with lawyers. Including all but a very small number of judges. And a big part of that problem with judges is that they know what side their bread is buttered on. Their income, their working places, their prestige is all tied to the government apparat that pays for all of that. And that protects them personally.
Let us look at three cases which illustrate that judges today are creatures of the State, of government.
Dr. Robert Malone, a researcher, biochemist, and physician, well known for his pioneering work in vaccines and related medical and health issues, has resigned from the federal vaccine panel. He was appointed as the vice-chair of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) by Robert F Kennedy Jr. He had shared his belief that the ACIP would be able to end the total incompetence of the FedGov (and the States that listen) in vaccination, as we saw in the Beer Flu Pandemic Panic (COVID-19) and various child vaccine programs.
Why?
A federal judge said last week that panelists do not have the expertise needed to make vaccine recommendations. Dr. Robert Malone is credited for the first successful transfection of designed mRNA packaged within a liposomal nanoparticle. “Not qualified?” In resigning, he also cited “uncompensated labor, incredible hate from many quarters” as some of the reasons for why he quit the panel. Malone decided that the cause was lost, saying that it was “a fool’s errand” and hopeless.
The judge overrode every recommendation and decision has made by the panel since Malone and others were appointed: the future of the committee is in limbo. The judge, Bryan Murphy of Massachusetts, is not a medical professional, he is an attorney. He has a “bachelor of arts” and a “juris doctor” degree. He is a Biden appointee, for political reasons. The case was brought by various allies of the Deep State (such as various political “medical” associations) and fueled by retired and serving bureaucrats in both federal and State agencies, for political reasons. Apparently, Murphy reads Wickedpedia, where the article on Malone repeatedly states that he “provided misinformation” during the COVID-19 mess.
Although touted as a win for “science” it is rather a win for politics and government insiders. And those “scientists” who proclaim the absolute truth of so much else today that is obviously just plain wrong.
Case #2: The “legal system” once again supports the deep state.
This item from Colorado was shared with us recently; an example of how judges lord it over the people of a State, acting to preserve a system that protects their power and privileges and pays for a life style many Americans cannot hope to enjoy.
The judicial system, at the Federal and State level, supports the Deep State. Indeed, it is part of it.
Heaven forbid that the greedy politicians of the Colorado General Assembly, and the thousands of bureaucrats who feed off the taxpayers of Colorado be denied any and every way of carrying out “legal” highway robbery.
Colorado is far from the only place this kind of nonsense goes on.
Case #3 Consider the recently deceased mass murderer Kermit Gosnell in Philadelphia. In his 2013 trial for first-degree murder of born-alive children in his abortion mill, the judge actually dismissed four of the seven counts of murder – despite the strong evidence that in reality, Gosnell actually killed tens of thousands of infants. There are no doubt many reasons that the “justice system” and the regulatory agencies overseen by that system took so long to take action and then provided such a harsh punishment!
First, of course, while the Commonwealth has a death penalty, it hasn’t been used for real criminals committing capital crimes since 1999: 27 years. Of course, it has been used to execute hundreds of thousands of innocent children: aborting children is, in the twisted minds of Pennsylvanians, a “good” act and not an evil one. (After all, we know many people still believe Ehrlich’s The Population Bomb. Second, we suspect that for the courts, Gosnell was the “right” color to be given a relative pass: the only people allowed to get away with killing people of color are of course, other people of color. This of course includes both the killing of children and the not the killing of criminals. We at TPOL submit that it is in the interests of the deep state, the Woke powers-that-be, to protect those who abort children. Even those that are “overly zealous.”
