In Florida, it is clear that government-run, tax-funded schools have nearly ultimate power over the children and teens confined (literally) to their care.
As reported here, back in December a high school student, after leaving off a friend at school, was driving to a dental appointment (with a previously approved “excused absence” [parole?] when a Sheriff’s deputy stopped him and refused to let him leave the school parking lot – backed up by a school employee. And then threatened (as recorded on video) to shoot the student if he attempted to leave anyway and hit the officer’s golf-cart.
To make matters worse, the student was later expelled (after missing his dental appointment) from the school. And the two “adults” in the confrontation aren’t even being investigated.
Just one more incident demonstrating that so-called public schools are more and more little more than day-time jail cells in which there is little but indoctrination, filling the heads of children and teens with little more than the current Tranzi propaganda lines. While subjecting them to daily or hourly bullying – not just from classmates but from teachers, staff, and whatever jackbooted thugs are assigned to “control” them.
If you have a child, a family friend, or even a neighbor subject to this kind of abuse, you know there is little or no recourse. Your best option is to get the children OUT of the schools: whether it is a contractual private school or home-schooling. Virtually anything is better than the regime of tyranny that is found in more and more schools.
Get your children out. And separate schools from the state.
And help others do the same.
