Blue cities burn, blue States crash

It was on Wednesday morning that I posted comments regarding the decline and fall of the massive urban areas. Increasingly uninhabitable, “ungovernable” (at least for those who believe in a totalitarian nanny-state system of rule over the masses), and economically and socially unsustainable.

It seems that I was unintentionally and unknowingly prefacing the storm. The Battle of Minneapolis is now raging, and battles have and are developing across the Fifty States in city after city. Meanwhile people on all sides are whipping up fury and escalating the threats, demands, AND violence. But the source? The police and the politicians: not just but especially the regressivists that control the blue states and cities.

The problem is not “racist cops” or even (as some have claimed) “criminal cops.” It is MORE than just the police, although what these cops are doing IS criminal, IS immoral, and CANNOT be tolerated. But these criminal cops (like the killer cop in Minneapolis – midday on Friday FINALLY arrested) are BACKED and DEFENDED not just by their own fellow cops and their leaders, but by the government and bureaucracy that supports, controls, and funds their operations. AND the legislators who GIVE these cops the power and the tools to treat and mistreat people.

I was, unfortunately, in Denver yesterday, but left well before the protests turned into a battle on Thursday night, as reported by the Denver Post. A “peaceful protest” turned nasty, with cops and protesters and passers-by attacking each other, around the Capitol Building (the Gold Dome) and Civic Center (where the Denver City and County Building faces the State Capitol, emphasizing the iron hand that Denver holds over the entire State). Shots were fired, police attacked the mob with tear gas and pepper spray or balls numerous times, at least one driver struck and seriously injured a protester, and buildings and vehicles were attacked before the mob spread out across the downtown area.

The General Assembly has surrendered to the mob: the “Street Senate” seems to be gaining strength. Both houses cowardly cancelled their scheduled sessions today (Friday) and Saturday – after a 2.5-month vacation for Pandemic Panic. Meanwhile, more and more businesses – including bars and breweries – are reopening in Denver and elsewhere, flaunting the decrees of Colorado’s dictator Polis (whereabouts unknown, almost certainly NOT in his office in the Capitol). And other counties and cities (such as La Plata County (Durango) and Mesa County (Grand Junction)) servilely beg the state for permission to open businesses and venues.

This is but a pale shadow of what is happening in Minneapolis and St. Paul, of course. Snipers are killing people, businesses and other buildings are being looted, burned, and people are being beaten, now for a third night. As in Denver, protests are planned and expected to escalate through today and the weekend. The Minnesota dictator Walz has activated 500 National Guard troops (possibly an infantry battalion?) to occupy the city and “restore order” as maddened mobs destroy the city while police stand by and even retreat, abandoning one station to be looted (including the evidence locker, according to one report) and burned.

The protests, riots, looting, burning, and violence are spreading across the Fifty States. In NYC, mobs supposedly attacked and injured police, sending several to the hospital, and resulting in seventy arrests. Police cars were destroyed or damaged in Los Angeles. Reports are coming from Chicago, San Francisco, and elsewhere. In Ohio, protests, violence, and destruction are in the news today.

Twitter claims Trump is “glorifying violence” by warning people that looting would be responded to with deadly force – and offering more military support. Meanwhile, Minnesota State Police, part of the force attempting to occupy Minneapolis, arrested news crews (if you consider CNN to be “news” and not just activists and agitators).

In Kentucky, dictator Brashear is cracking down on people who dare challenge his pandemic panic and Lockdown. This is on top of a violent protest and riot in Louisville, supposedly NOT part of the George Floyd protests but in protest of a young black female EMT killed in her bed by a cop invasion on a drug raid in March. Hundreds of people protested and the mob (and cops) turned violent, with many arrested. And seven people shot. The claim by the cops is that “No officers discharged their service weapons,” but others claim that the civilians (real, non-cop people) WERE shot by cops. Backup weapons, maybe? Like the Minnesota riots, it has been called an uprising and a revolt.

And the police violence continues. This morning a video splashed online from Jackson Mississippi, showing what certainly looks like a black cop pinning and choking a younger black man against a car, while a while woman tries to get the cop to let the guy breath. More and more cities and towns are in essence under occupation by cops: often state cops. Reports of abuse, threats, and drawn weapons are coming in.

At this point, there seems to be a strong indication that the violence and destruction will spread. More deaths (like the unknown person killed in the protests in Minneapolis, apparently by a sniper) will ramp the violence up. Both the regressive media (Daily Beast, etc.) and the “conservative” media (The Blaze, etc) claim that the “other side” is sending in activists, provocateurs, and change agents to push various agendas (“white supremacy,” gun control, etc.) and escalate matters to outright civil war.

Enough is enough. It IS going to get worse.
