Note: still catching up on commentary from the past several weeks. This was news a week and a half ago, but I think it is important to discuss.

Just as Cuomo and de Blasio have revealed their deep hatred of Judaism, so the would-be dictator of California, the disgusting Newsom, reveals his hatred of all religions, at least all Biblical religions. (Wicca, Paganism, and Islam get a pass in modern California; Azteca paganism and human sacrifice get a thumbs-up).

Newsom tried to enforce a prohibition on in-home Bible study and other religious activities with more than members of three families present. People objected, and filed suits against this immoral, illegal, tyrannical, and unconstitutional action. Including asking for an injunction. The black-robe-abusers of the Ninth Circuit Court refused to issue an injunction.

In an incredibly short time – certainly in modern times – the Nazgul in DC took up the case. And lo and behold, SCOTUS overturned the 9th Circus and granted an injunction. Newsom could NOT persecute christians (and others) by doing a Mountie-raid on people’s homes for the last two Sundays. Even if all the stoolies and informants in the State reported them for having people from more than three families present.

It was a 5-4 decision.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I think that the SCOTUS made the right decision. In a restricted and relative way. NO STATE should have ANY ability to prevent ANY free expression of religion. (At least none that does not involve actual physical aggression against others. And I have my doubts about governments even having that much power.) NO STATE should prohibit, for ANY excuse, free assembly for religion or other reasons.

No, what disgusts and angers me about this is two. First, that even the idiots in their black robes putting their fat heads on display, the two of three “judges” of the 9th Circus, could so reject fundamental human rights as clearly stated “shall not infringe!” in the Constitution.

Second, that it was a FIVE-FOUR decision by the Nine Nazgul that prevented Newsom and his imperial lackeys in Sacramento from persecuting those people meeting to study and worship God (and even those who worship false gods, including the tenets of humanism and atheism).

That, and the fact that (as L. Neil Smith has often pointed out) Newsom is not in prison for even DARING to do this evil, waiting for trial on a capital-crimes charge of violating the Constitution, conspiracy to deny human rights, and several dozen of his co-conspirators with him. Because we have no mechanism for Bill of Rights Enforcement. (It is obvious that elections offer no true enforcement value.)

What should now be obvious even to the most OBLIVIOUS observer – not just a casual observer? That the SCOTUS and the entire court system (NOT “Justice System” – TANJ.) care absolutely nothing about liberty, freedom, human rights, or the Constitution. By comparison, the Wicked Judge of whom Jesus spoke was a saint.

Which means that more and more people recognize the total worthlessness of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the entire structure of American government. At least for their claimed stated purpose of protecting Americans’ liberty, our freedoms. The only thing that this system is good for is to tyrannize more and more Americans – and the rest of the world.

Which brings me to the next point: that while the Second Amendment supposedly still protects 150 million of us (or more) and our right to keep and bear arms, we must prepare and very soon USE that God-given right of self-defense and defense of our liberties through force of arms. Against ANYONE who attacks, steals, and refuses to recognize those liberties.

Including those judges and justices who refuse to recognize plain English, original intent, and what should have been their primary role of protecting liberty for all of us.
