Although we at The Price of Liberty, and the Knights of Non-Aggression at the Liberty Round Table have already pointed out that the 2nd was the actual date of American Independence, we still send out greetings to all on the traditional date of commemorating the independence of the original Thirteen States.

As readers can see, we first used the above image eleven years ago, in AL 236. And it is now AL 247.

We are glad to see that Connor, over at the Tuttle Twins publisher, also has spread the word about the 2nd of July!

Sadly, we must point out that even though in 236 (AD 2012) the absurd Obummer was living at 1600 PA, things about liberty and peace and prosperity were nevertheless much better with him there than now with Uncle Joe as the American Godfather. But we still can and should honor and remember our liberty and all those who have contributed to it in the past.

And remember to teach our children, our neighbors, our fellow worshippers and co-religionists, and even the people we meet on the streets and in the stores, what liberty and freedom truly means.

We also point out, not wishing to offend, that the gift of God to all men and women we call liberty, and the gift of freedom, is given to, and open for, even those who do not believe that there is a God. He gave us all life, liberty, and the ability to pursue happiness, without stinting. When those things are taken away, it is an action of men and women rebelling against God. Anyone who claims to be taking away liberty or life “in the name of God” is wrong. Reject their lies and reject those who take away those things regardless of where they claim to get their power, their authority, from.
