The vast majority of Americans believe that the Nazgul and the entire black-robe gang are the ultimate protectors of our liberties.

By Nazgul, I refer of course to the nine Justices of the Supreme Court and all the lesser magistrates, federal, state, and local.

The myth is that these men and women make wise decisions based on the basic principles of American liberty to protect us from the tyrannical actions of evil-doers. Whether that is the present or past occupants of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, or the cluster of critters that infest all that space under the dome at the other end of the National Mall. Whether that is petty, nasty little state legis-gators or city councils or county commissioners lording it over us. Or jackbooted thugs and pandering, vote-hungry prosecutors.

Or even evil corporations, especially those monsters like utilities companies and oil companies. When Americans are abused by government or private entities, it is the “justice system” that offers final protective fires (so to speak) to protect us all.

Of course, nothing about this fairytale is really quite true. No matter what our young people are taught in government-run, tax-funded schools. (And too many private schools. And even home schools, because their parents were taught the same nonsense when they were little, and have bought into the propaganda.)

The latest example of this is the Federal Judge in Seattle that has declared illegal the Trump administration’s decision to stop banning posting of 3D gun blueprints on-line. As reported by CBS News, it is okay – nay, REQUIRED that the FedGov continue to violate the 1st and 2nd Amendments to the US Constitution, denying both free speech and restricting the bearing of arms.

Why? Because it is claimed that the Trump administration did not play the bureaucratic game, and did not provide a “reasoned” explanation of why they decided it was wrong to censor speech. (For “reasoned,” read – explanation acceptable to hoplophobes and hoploclasts and their regressive allies who want to take away our God-given liberties.)

The truth is, the judges (and everyone else in our court system) really work for the powers that be – for the very executive branch “massas” that appoint them and the very legislative bodies of parasites who steal the money from taxpayers to pay their salaries and provide them the luxurious buildings and courtrooms, complete with thrones, from which they bellow their judgments. These black robes honor their oaths to uphold the Constitution (and therefore, everyone’s liberties) as much as those other government officials do. Which is to say, not.

I am not saying that EVERY judge is corrupt and tyrannical. But enough of them are that the good 2-5% of their breed have their reputations tarnished by their wicked comrades.

At great risk of being more insulting, remember that virtually all judges are lawyers. Supposedly they are the cream of the crop. (Like cream floats to the top of unhomogenized milk, we are told.) In reality, most of them are the scum in the septic tank of the legal profession. (Scum, as an old First Sergeant reminded me, also floats to the top of the waste water.)

This is nothing new. After all, Jesus told the parable of the wicked judge who refused to grant justice to a widow, despite the facts of the case. Of course, ultimately the woman prevailed by her constant opportuning of the wicked judge. Not so, today, where we can’t afford to pay the court fees and related legal fees to do such, we almost always lose.

It was the reason that English common law developed the jury to balance and control the tyranny of the judge. Again, in 200+ years, the attorneys have figured out the way to work around that, taking away the power of juries away in all sorts of ways.

Today, for the most part, the role of judges is to uphold and increase the power of government, despite the odd (and very well publicized) case in which a judge slaps down a government official. As part of the network which squeezes our liberties into nothingness.
