Who are the racists?

In last Friday’s news was a report that the FBI has determined that the Minneapolis Police Department has an established pattern of use of excessive force and discrimination against minorities, especially blacks and AmerInd people. This is a follow-up to the hyped George Floyd death at the hands of police in 2020.

That incident, that death, was blown up into a nationwide panic and witch hunt which has caused major changes in American society. Perhaps permanent changes. Among other things, we here at TPOL believe Floyd’s death led directly to a bitter (and so far successful) changing in how American history and teaching of history. Coupled with (and promoting) the vicious 1619 Project and Critical Race Theory, making Black Lives Matter a massive and influential movement and excuse for action, and no doubt influencing the 2020 presidential election and giving an excuse for the Biden regime to force still more changes, the impact is astonishing.

These States, we have been told, are a society, a system built on racism and the ideas of “white supremacy.” We must, as a people and fifty States (nations), totally dismantle anything that exists in which there is any possibility of these evil concepts. Now, or in the past – clear back, of course, to 1619. We must pay for the evil deeds of our ancestors – both actual physical ancestors and political-spiritual ancestors. Based, of course, on our skin color, our political and religious affiliations.

The above story seems to reinforce that attitude. After all, Minnesota and Minneapolis itself is the home, one of the founding and constant supporters of the glorious democratic (and Democratic) Progressive Movement. It is solid Blue. Politically correct. Yet, its military arm is systemically racist and tyrannical. Not historically, but today! In 21st Century America!

Yet in addition to the FBI report, a Federal judge has ordered the State of Minnesota to stop enforcing its own law discriminating against religious colleges and students. The law prohibited high school students from taking college classes from any institution that required a statement of faith.

But the above news story (even if from the corrupt and increasingly incompetent FBI) and other recent stories justify us asking, just who are the real racists?

Consider this story from Redmond, Washington. Redmond, again, is one of the heartlands of the Progressive, Woke movement in these States. Yet the city, its schools, and its society seem to be filled with evidence of racism?

In San Francisco, no less, a high school teacher has been suspended for targeting male, white students on the basis of their “gender” and race: for discrimination! In the city and the school district well-known for its constant fight against racism and for social justice, we have this?

The truth is, people of all political persuasions can be and many are racists. Against different “races” but have prejudices against some people based on color, ethnicity, ancestry, family background, and religion, among other things.Yes, even libertarians – lovers of liberty. The question is, do they follow up their beliefs or do they act in accordance with good morals and the principles of liberty despite their feelings?

Some political philosophies are more likely to provide outlets for racist actions than others. But as for us here at TPOL, who sincerely believe that we are not racists and who do not act in any way as racists, we will choose to continue to follow the God-given path of liberty.

Race isn’t the problem. The problem is the number of ghetto Blacks who can’t learn the skills needed in a modern society, like working effectively with others, learning to speak, read, do basic arithmetic, and to work effectively without close supervision. The fantasy is that most West Africans, sold into slavery were prisoners of inter tribal wars,or kidnap victims. There were some such people, who often escaped and formed isolated communities, most often on the Northern coasts of South America, Mexico, the Caribean islands, Florida and in the mountains of North America. These “Maroons” formed isolated communities, some of which persist to this day. Most who became slaves lost their freedom in tribal Africa. The Akan (Ghana) and Oyo (Nigeria, Benin, Togo);accepted humans as tribute from subject tribes. These tributes were usually quickly sold to slavers since it was assumed that the tribute didn’t include the brightest, and hardest workers. The Igbo Nigeria) had a sophisticated debt/welfare system. A person who fell into debt, lost their freedom and were assigned to a responsible person or family. The debt might have been due to fire, flood, disease, etc. if that debtor was successful in the placement, they could have a good, prosperous life. A persistent “screw-up”, due to laziness, an unwillingness to work, or criminal behavior was .dispatched to the slave trade. As a result, most whomwere slaves in North America were those selected for failure in West Africa. That the descendants ofnthat slave population are “troubled” should come as no surprise.,That is what the founding population was selected for. The problem was not “intelligence” since most of the tribal culture was non-literate. The problems seem to have involved poor sociability and an inability to work with others. That made them worthless in tribal society and in modern society. Members of that population were not likely to do well in school, get high scores on tests, or do well in skilled trades. It isn’t due to “racism”. It is more likely due to the slavery selection process. The recent immigrants seem to be more successful, and less “troubled”.

Mike, we here at TPOL are fascinated by your information, and would like to know more, including your sources. Would you share these with us?
Some thoughts: do you believe that their heredity is the only or a primary reason for the current inability to cope? Or did their ancestors’ environment (both in the Old World and the New World) also impact them? Especially the issues of LBJ’s Great Society and the rise of the Welfare State in the last 50-70 years?
Of course, any time there is an attempt to point out heredity (including intentional and accidental breeding and unnatural selection), the condemnation for the person making these points (or even asking the question) as a racist is of course severe.
Most people believe that it takes thousands of years – hundreds of generations – to change humans either physically or mentally or emotionally. There are various studies challenging this, of course, and as loudly condemned as racist and creationist and other negatives. We might also point out that intentional or unintentional breeding both in slave and frontier conditions also has a significant impact on human traits. Of course, we have much evidence that a person CAN overcome their heredity and their natal environment, but few seem to.
Do we not also see this situation in other populations? How much impact is seen in modern populations of various European countries due to the mass emigration to the Americas and Australia in the eighteenth, nineteenth, and early twentieth centuries? Particularly, the Scandinavian countries, Ireland, and Scotland? Do we not see the same effects in the last seven or eight generations of the American Indian nations of the Western States?

      Your further thoughts?
