According to the Guardian, President Macron of France is crowing over the fact that American scientists are “fleeing” the Fifty States and the tyranny of Donald Trump in order to enjoy freedom to research man made global warming in their new home-in-exile in France.

“Eighteen climate scientists from the US and elsewhere have hit the jackpot as France’s president, Emmanuel Macron, awarded them millions of euros in grants to relocate to France for the rest of Donald Trump’s presidential term. … More than 5,000 people from about 100 countries expressed interest in the grants. Most of the applicants – and 13 of the 18 winners – were US-based researchers.”

This is, of course, just one more slam by the Tranzis and their allies in the science and media and international community.

But this is NOT “about freedom.”  These 13 scientists are not and have never been denied any freedom to research global warming, by Trump or anyone else.

What they are being denied is having someone else (the government, and therefore, the taxpayers) PAY for their research.  In other words, they are substituting French welfare for American welfare.  Yes, you can call it “subsidies” if it makes you feel better.  And I’m not saying that they don’t work – and might even work hard – at their research.

But it is still welfare – still them being parasites off the body politic.  Just as politicians (who, often, do work hard at being shills, prostitutes, controllers, and enablers of evil, after all) are parasites.  These researchers are doing work that anyone except governments are unwilling to pay them to do.  Work that produces things that no one wants voluntarily.  Worthless in economic terms.

Either that, or they are lying about losing their funding from government sources (or private foundations) in the Fifty States, for the sake of making points and attacking not just Trump but many millions of people who are skeptical of man made global warming.

Mama’s Note: Since these “scientists” rely on lies, manipulated data, and seem never to have heard of scientific methods, they have nothing to offer anyone except those who want to use this scam to control others. Their goal is utter poverty and death for much of the population. No wonder they can’t sell it to honest investors.

It reminds me of a common confidence scam found in the Great Plains and the Rocky Mountain states, going back well over a half-century, and (as far as I know) still going on today.

There is a group of con-artists that make a living by scamming small (and some not so small) congregations.  They prey (not pray) on them on a regular basis, always moving on from one church to another, after fleecing them.  Sometimes it is just a few dollars (“enough for a tank of gas to get home” or “pay for our motel room tonight” while we “try to get things sorted out and go home.”)  Sometimes it can be significant amounts: thousands of dollars to “help us get back on our feet here in town X” or “make our car payments just for a few months.”  Sometimes they prey on a particular fellowship, and sometimes they will spread their nets farther and do it to several congregations of different fellowships or denominations at a time.  Sometimes they get caught in their lies, and move on.  Other times, they “fish” the community for a limited time and then move on before they get caught out.  Usually, they know enough about the doctrine and beliefs of the churches on which they prey to successfully mimic their “benefactors” – the people which they prey on. Clearly, some of these people work very hard at maintaining and polishing their stories, treating the people that they cozen nicely and even on occasion putting in some work to demonstrate that they are part of the community and “deserving” of support.

The scam perpetrated by these “global warming” specialists and researchers seems to be very much like that.  And indeed, it is much the same scheme that too many universities and other “institutes of higher education” use on their communities, local and state (and federal) governments, and of course, alumni, parents, and students.  And that too many “pastors” and “bishops” and tele-evangelists live and prosper on, by slick words and big promises and the rest of their act. And frankly, it is a close cousin to the scam perpetrated on the citizens of the Fifty States by their governments.  And the politicians in those governments.  They will concoct the most outrageous claims and stories and reasons to continue to be parasites on their society.

And too often, their strongest defenders are the very people that they are defrauding.  Like Macron and the French government – which of course is just using money stolen from French taxpayers to subsidize and provide welfare to these “scientists.”

Mama’s Note: And, of course, the French “government” is just as broke as most others around the world. These bogus “scientists” may find themselves in a bad place and far from home once the EU implodes. Too bad.
